EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE FOR VULNERABLE YOUTH:
This fund is used to provide emergency assistance for Vulnerable Youth who have no where else to turn to. With this fund PESA provides these youth with their essential needs with no waiting time. For these youth are not able to wait.
